Our production system maximizes resource efficiency through comprehensive byproduct utilization. The phenolic compounds extracted during processing are converted into valuable industrial chemicals, including cardanol-based resins and friction materials. Gaseous byproducts are captured and used to generate process heat, creating a self-sustaining energy loop within the production facility. Solid residues are processed into biomass pellets for additional energy recovery. This integrated approach ensures that over 98% of the original CNSL mass is converted into useful products, establishing a true zero-waste production model
