1. Proprietary Technologies and Processes

TOP has mastered the core technology for extracting and converting biofuels from cashew nut shell liquid (CNSL), achieving a highly efficient, clean, and low-cost industrialization path. Through unique catalytic and refining processes, agricultural byproducts are transformed into high-value-added energy products, with conversion efficiency and product purity at an internationally leading level.

2. High-Value Resource Utilization

Adhering to the concept of "others' waste, our resources," TOP upgrades low-value raw materials such as cashew nut shells and agricultural and forestry residues into refined CNSL, biofuels, biochar, and biosyngas, significantly improving resource utilization efficiency and forming a closed-loop ecosystem of "waste-clean energy-low-carbon industry."

3. Continuous Technology Iteration and Black Pellet Upgrade

TOP continuously advances R&D in areas such as biochar upgrading, black pellet product development, syngas purification, and bio-heavy oil modification, maintaining its technological leadership. A new generation of black pellet fuel upgrade plan has been launched, featuring higher calorific value and cleaner combustion. It can be widely used in power plant co-firing and as a coal substitute in industrial boilers, contributing to deep decarbonization.

4. Full-industry-chain technology integration

From raw material recycling and deep processing to end-use applications, a closed-loop technological capability has been built. Through a digital system, quality traceability and process optimization are achieved, providing mature technical support and operational experience for large-scale replication and overseas expansion (Indonesia, Africa, etc.).

The project focuses on the high-value utilization of biomass resources. The main product matrix and application scenarios are as follows:

Refined CNSL (cashew nut shell liquid): Widely used as a feedstock for HVO (hydrogenated vegetable oil, second-generation diesel) and SAF (sustainable aviation fuel), contributing to deep decarbonization in the transportation sector. It is a green chemical feedstock sought after by major international refining companies.

Biofuels converted using unique technology: Derived from CNSL, these can replace light petroleum, possessing advantages of high efficiency, cleanliness, and renewability. They can be directly applied to industrial boilers and generator sets.

Biochar: High calorific value, a substitute for coke, widely used in industrial fuel, steel smelting, and soil improvement, with significant carbon sequestration benefits.

Biosyngas: A substitute for natural gas, suitable for power generation, industrial heating, and chemical synthesis, enabling distributed clean energy supply.

Bio-heavy fuel oil: Suitable for marine fuel, meeting IMO low-carbon shipping requirements, contributing to the green transformation of maritime transport, and possessing a promising market prospect.

Bio-pellets : Suitable for boilers, power plants, and coal blending. The company continuously upgrades its black pellet products to improve combustion efficiency and environmental performance, effectively replacing fossil fuels.
